Night out

I went on a girl's night to Trader Vics in town last night. We were an hour late for our booking as the traffic along Al Salaam into town was absolutely awful, jammed solid.
We had a scary moment when our taxi driver informed us that in 5 minutes he would have to pray, and we had visions of being dumped at the side of the road while he did his stuff. Fortunately he had mercy on us and deposited us safely at our destination before stopping for his devotions.
Had a fun evening out, but we were FAR too late - I got in at 2.30 and at my venerable age, that is about 5 hours after my preferred bedtime. But it was worth it....even though I still woke at 5.30 this morning as my body didn't realise it was Friday and I could sleep in...
