My last post has just made me realise something. My brother-in-law, Mich, was visiting us over the weekend from the USA. I, of course, wasn't actually supposed to be seeing him as I was supposed to be in Milan, but I'm NOT going to discuss that. Still sulking.
Moving on, we had a lovely weekend with Mich, who was forced to go Kayakking in the Mangrove swamps and drink sundowners on a sand dune. He was even made to help Darrell with the evening dog walks.
What I have realised is that Mich is our first ever visitor NOT to have one of a pair of shoes chewed up by the dogs! Now, I don't know whether this is because the dogs are maturing and developing a taste for more intellectual matter, or because Mich's shoes were always neatly put away when not on his feet. Hmmm.
Anyway, Mich - you were lucky! Maybe next time the dogs will have better luck!
