Natural? Don't recognise that...

So, undeveloped beach front is not classified as 'beach' as it occurs naturally - even if in the middle of the city, surrounded by high rise buildings.
Only man made beaches are recognised as beaches requiring lifeguards. Yup, sounds about right...
