You know you've been in Abu Dhabi too long when...

1. It rains in the night and you rush out in your PJs to get soaked (yes, that was last night!).
2. You're not surprised to see a goat in the passenger seat.
3. You need a jumper because the temperature has dropped to 25 deg.
4. Your idea of housework is leaving a list for the housekeeper.
5. You believe that speed limits are only advisory.
6. You expect all stores to open at 2 in the afternoon and stay open until after midnight.
7. You make left turns from the far right lane.
8. You send a friends a map instead of an address.
9. You know exactly how much alcohol allowance you have left for the rest of the month.
10. You accept that there is no point asking why you are not allowed to do something.
11. You expect a queue to be 1 person deep and 40 people wide.
12. You realise that the black and white stripes on the road are not a zebra crossing, just a ruse to get tourists into the firing line.
13. Seeing guys greet each other with a kiss and hold hands while walking no longer distracts you.
14. You carry 12 passport size photos with you just in case.
15. You can tell the time by listening to the local mosque.
16. A problem with your car AC is more serious to you than a problem with the brakes.
17. You think it's normal for people to have several overseas holidays every year.
18. You say inshallah instead of "there's no way that's gonna happen!".
