A month ago Darrell and I decided that we drink too much, having bought into the expat lifestyle. So, we decided to cut down from our survival glass at night - so called because we survived another day here and didn't manage to murder any monsters - and only have a glass of wine on weekends.
At the end of the first week, I caught a nasty cold. But, I'm strong, I recovered.
And now, 2 weeks later, I've started on another nasty cold.
Coincidence? I don't think so. I blame the lack of nurturing, medicinal sauvignon blanc....
